The on screen sensations, the most adored couple and their affair has been a point of interest for all of us for years now. Ranveer and Deepika have asked for blessings as they announced their wedding on their respective social media handles. This news is going to fill everyone up with joy and love is yet again going to be in the air as these sensations have announced the dates.
We all are excited because we as a society have always loved and respected the idea of love. We have constantly seen our heroes set examples by there deeds and influence us. When Sachin Tendulkar after loosing his father scores a century and lifts his bat up in the air, we see the example of a son's love for his nation and his father. When Lata Mangeshkar after the Kargil war sang that one song and we all were filled with patriotism and our eyes filled with tears. Something that kept encouraging the mothers of this country to continue sending their children to serve in the Army. There are many such heroes of real life who have made their name and found a unique place in our hearts. We have idolised them, we have tried our level best to be like them in every aspect and tried and continued trying to follow them always and forever. Because our love for these people is not only for what they do in their respective fields but also for how they set an example by leading their lives in a way that motivates us. People tend to follow the lifestyle of influential persons.
The two are going to be idols for the youngsters of the growing nation. With 50% of the population below 25 and 65% of population below 35 India is going to follow their footsteps. We have loved them, adored them and idolised them in our lives and this turn that their life is about to take is going to affect us in many ways. Their responsibilities as public figure have increased and they are definitely going to be burdened to leave a trail for their followers and fellow lovers in India to follow.
Human beings have an innate quality of giving and feeling love. Moreover, it is also responsible for the existence and maintenance of the society. “When a baby is born, parents forget about their hunger, sleep, as they are so much in love with their child.” The sweet ecstasy of love enables the man to accomplish tasks that would not have been possible without its powers. With the increase in divorce cases in India the sense of attachment and belonging and love and affection is seen to have declined among the youth. This situation is probably result of the busy schedule of urban life that we have indulged ourselves in, a never stopping clock and a not so emotional attitude has played its part as well. We have detached ourselves from everything that kept us alive. We hope this marriage sets an example for the people. We hope that this couple becomes symbol of love, an idea of two people complimenting each other in their lives and a source of energy for the youth of India.
But this might as well go the other way round, so they better understand their responsibility towards the people of this country who have made them what they are today. They should understand the importance of influencing people to lead a healthy and happy life. They should consider this as an opportunity to help build up the thinking and intellect of the youth and also know the risk that is involved in it.
